iHealthHome(r) (iHH) is a suite of monitoring and communication programs that power a touch screen called the iHH Hub , that is easy for seniors to use. The program lets you interact with a senior on-line so you can facilitate care and communicate with them no matter where you are. This app gives you control of multiple functions that are available within iHH Hub . For example, you can upload photos to a senior s "iHH Hub" right from your smart phone. You can even have a video visit with a senior or check on a number of biometric and activity monitors from your app. Included are Blood pressure, glucose levels, blood oxygen levels, and weight scales to name a few. Despite its simplicity, IHH is a comprehensive, HIPAA aware health-care records system. It collects and stores health data that empowers families, nurses, doctors, hired caregivers and others to coordinate and deliver care for a senior.
